I highly recommend Strickland Marine. Their customer service, work ethic and professionalism is exceptional. We purchased our Chaparral Surf boat from another marina in the area and had significant issues for the past two summers. Spending thousands to tow it back and forth and they were not able to fix the issue. We even got Chaparral corporate involved. We asked Chris at Strickland to help us problem solve through the issues. He, Brandon, Marcus and all of their staff went over and above to find the root of the issue, working with us throughout the process. They located the issue, fixed it and got us back on the water in time for the weekend. Every employee in there was professional and kind. We are thrilled to have a mechanic for our boat we can trust. When it's time to trade in and buy a new boat we will not go anywhere else!

I took my pontoon in for service and Steve was great to work with. He treated me with respect and helped me with everything. I was told by other dealer in Georgia that I needed a new motor, but they found a problem with just a part and a tune up. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

My grandson threw our only boat key into the lake on Saturday. Everyone was upset and clueless as to how to go about getting a new key. I called Strickland's and Brandon became our hero! At almost quitting time, he is helping my son figure out what type of key we needed and thankfully, had one. He stayed after hours to help us and was absolutely incredible. It would just like to give a shout out to Chris and all of the team at Strickland Marine. I purchased a new boat from them last month and the whole process was quick and easy. I had damage from a storm to my top and took it to them last week (a week before July 4th) and they ordered the part and had it ready to go so I didnt miss anytime on the lake. Have taken it back several times for accessories to be installed and I am in and out quickly and for a fair price. Customer service is top notch as well as product knowledge. The service at Strickland is awesome. My trailer tires were stolen off my boat trailer while fishing on Saturday 10/05 on lake Hartwell. I made a phone call to the guys at Strickland and explained what had happened. Brandon in parts brought me everything I needed to get the boat trailer fixed on his way home from work. "After hours" and was very friendly and helpful. Its hard to find a company that will go out of there way to make sure there customers are taken care of but these guys do whatever it takes. Thanks to everyone who helped especially Brandon. Great job guys..

I'm out of state at this time but my fiancee needed some parts for his boat. He dealt with the Anderson branch of Strickland Marine. He told me that they had to order his parts and they would call him when they came in. They called a few days ago for exactly that. He was unable to go get them himself so I called to see if I could use my credit card over the phone and also have them mailed to my fiancee. The people there were just wonderful. From the gentleman that completed my payment transaction, sorry I forgot his name, to Elizabeth who emailed me the invoice, payment, the tracking number for the package and when it should be delivered.
